A Note from Rebekah
There is not a singular timetable or solution for all to make their personal change, but there are philosophical guard rails, practical guide posts, and fundamental disciplines that combine to help you in what is essentially a continuous journey—that which leads to your own optimal lifestyle and health.
My own personal journey to a total lifestyle change began at an early age. I had always been a curious child—especially for the elemental world. I developed a fascination for both the practical and profound influences that foods have on our health. I began my education by reading every book on nutrition I could find, digesting the many points of view by those who have dedicated their lives to the field. I continued my education at the Clayton College of Natural Health where I received my Bachelors. I then set out to transfer that theoretical knowledge learned in college to practice in the kitchen. I saw how this knowledge changed the way my parents and siblings felt. Most encouraging was how the changes in our diet were improving and expanding our positive energy.
I truly believe that each and every one of us can develop an earthly balance through foods and smart, truly natural supplements to reach a level of energy that enables us to experience and enjoy every day to the fullest.
