Just Good Energy

Creating & Increasing Energy

The question I get asked the most is, “I never have enough energy…what can I do? Your energy levels jumpchange throughout the day, varying from hi to low. So many factors can affect our energy, and when you have more than 1 factor simultaneously playing “Tug of War” on your energy, you feel lethargic.

Start paying attention to these energy shifts: What did you just eat; Are you stressed; Has it been more than 2-3 hours since eating something; Did you have sugar or caffeine about 1 hour prior to feeling tired; Did you sleep well the night before; Did you eat heavier foods the previous evening?

Important key: Did you know that food digestion takes more energy from your body than anything else?  That’s right!  The heavier more refined and cooked foods that you eat, the lesser amount of energy you will have.

Let’s take a look at different natural products and tips that will aid in your journey to greater energy.
