Epicor Giveaway Contest

It is time for another fun contest! This contest has to do with balance – something we are all working to achieve. Embria Health will send one of my readers a free 3-month supply of Epicor. As a busy mother, wife, chef and nutritionist I have to find balance otherwise my brain, emotions and hormones are totally out of whack and I can’t function properly or think straight. For me, nutrition is such a huge part of what makes me tick and stay balanced. Food can be extremely stressful to the body so eating a diet of mostly non-stressful foods (plant-based and unprocessed), drinking my green super-food drinks, eating lots of raw fats (love my avocados and coconut oil), walking outdoors, playing in the kitchen and writing are all pieces that help me stay balanced.
