I wanted to let everyone know that my Just Good Energy book will finally be available on Amazon within a week. My book is about learning how to change your lifestyle to a healthy one and finding the highest and most natural energy possible. All you have to do to be entered into the contest is to tell me one of your main unhealthy habits you would like to break/change and what natural alternative you will use/do in its place. For example, if you are hooked on coffee all day then you could replace it with green tea or mate; or replace white flour with sprouted bread. I will choose the most creative approach and they will be the winner. I will choose a winner by next Wednesday and contact you directly.
