Chokeberries May Help with Weight Management
I read an interesting article today about the superfruit “Chokeberries”, also known as Aronia. I was not aware that aside from being a great source of antioxidants, the extract may help with weight management by doing the following…

Recommendation…I have heard that these berries when eaten raw are extremely bitter so I don’t advise planting a bush in your backyard and eating them fresh unless you really want to. They are best if you drink them as a juice or in extract form. Native Americans used to eat them dried and made into a tea
