Raise Your Vibration

Every Monday for the next few months or even longer I will be taking excerpts out my book “Transiton to an All Natural, High Energy Lifestyle” and share them with everyone.  Today’s selection is a really fun and interesting topic about the way food effects the energy and vibration of our body…

“Did you know that every single entity in the world vibrates at its own unique frequency?  Simply put, your vibration is the amount of electrical energy that your body puts out and needs throughout the day.  For example, science has documented that every plant, food, animal, person, organ, cell, thought, color, etc., has its own vibration, which can be measured in megahertz (MHz).  The body’s main organs (heart, brain, lungs, etc.) should vibrate at about 70 MHz, when it is healthy.  Chocolate cake only provides 1-3 MHz of energy.  Most of the fried burgers at fast food outlets give a whopping -5 to 3 MHz – pretty sad for a “complete meal”.  Those happy meals aren’t so happy!  There are “high-vibration” foods, which can add high amounts of energy to our own.  For example, raw almonds have 40-50 MHz; green vegetables and wheat grass have 70-90 MHz.  For you hopeless romantics, the scent that roses give off actually has a vibration of 300-350 MHz (that’s why girls love them so much).  So it appears that natural, plant-based foods give off an incredible amount of energy, where processed (sugary, starchy and fried) and fast foods give little to no energy.  There are many common fast foods and candies that actually give off a negative amount of energy! 

So we vibrate at one level and foods vibrate at different levels—what is the connection?  If you need 70 MHz of energy on a daily basis and you live off of junk food, and soda, you are creating an energy-deficit crisis in your body.  When you are sick, stressed, or exhausted, and your body is already low in energy, how can you expect it to work overtime and heal itself?  The body can’t without breaking down.  That is how we get illnesses, gain weight, become lethargic, loose muscle mass, and lower our IQ.  Your body will age faster if you do not give it the good energy it needs.” 

I have been searching over the past few years for a detailed chart that gives the Mhx of each food and beverage.  Unfortunately I have not found a source yet but I know that one must exist.  If someone has the machine to test the Mhz levels of chocolate cake, almonds, green vegetables and wheat grass then obviously they could test every other food.  If anyone knows of a website or a contact person who might have this information or know where I could find a list of all foods by their Mhz measures I would love to know!  Below is the closest I came to finding any kind of a chart that also includes the Mhz of various organs in our body:

Based on the below chart, your diet should consist of foods that have a frequency of at least 60-80 MgHz.

    Fantastic article! I was searching for “rose raise vibration” online and came across this. I need to raise my vibration – so far Im consuming more apples, tomatoes and cucumbers ie fruit and veg. Im also removing salts from my diet (processed salts) and eating a lot less chicken and meat. I believe removing meat will help vibration since these animals will have had a low vibration from their unnatural caged lives. I’ve always believed in the power of food to manifest and I’m glad there’s like-minded and educated people out there who believe the same. Thanks again!

    So glad it was helpful. This is a fascinating topic to me and has so much validity to our health and overall health. It is interesting how most of the foods with higher vibrations are also more plant-based, raw, sprouted, alkaline and easy to digest, all of which I encourage my readers and clients to incorporate as much as possible into their daily diet.
