Alkaline Meal Jumpstarts your Metabolism
The “Green drink” is definitely an important highlight of my family’s day. It is such a crucial step towards
a new lifestyle. If you were to commit to just one element out of the blogs that I have written, it would be the daily green drink. I start every day with this beverage sequence that helps jumpstart me out of bed; a blend of energy so vital to my need for nutrients, and overall energy demand that I rarely have a problem with waking up with a purpose, even during a challenging week of 12-16 hour day-spans.
Superfood blends are naturally packed with green grasses, chlorophyll, spirulina, red superfoods (berries, acai, goji berries, etc.), antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber, amino acids, and more. Green superfood drinks for me are like my “whole food multi vitamin but even better…yummy and easily digested.
