Here is my delicious and flavorful version of tuna salad. Instead of tuna I like to use mahi mahi, salmon or other fresh fish. This recipe is dairy-free, easily digested, and packed with veggies, fresh herbs, and tons of flavor. Even my son likes it and enjoys helping me prepare it!
